Fraser Ross (pictured), who is interning at Google in London, says that experience is the most critical part of his MBA. “I selected the overall 18-month pathway on Alliance MBS’ Full-time MBA with my specific aim of gaining experience at an enterprise like Google,” he says.

Fraser has become accustomed to the significance of an internship; he landed an internship at eBay after earning his Master’s in Marketing from Alliance MBS. After shifting to a managerial function at a media company, Fraser realized that an MBA would be the key to a position that could integrate his analytical competencies and business understanding.

Fraser opted for the internship pathway at the end of his first three hundred and sixty-five days in the MBA program and implemented some of the ‘dependent’ internship applications. “Having come from an advert-tech heritage, the Google internship became the one I desired the most as they’re the dominant participant in this industry,” Fraser says. “Not only is the location permitting me to develop my analytical competencies and enterprise understanding, but the internship has allowed me to network with many people and build connections at the business enterprise.

These connections are what Fraser hopes will assist him in securing a complete-time position at the corporation after completing his MBA; however, he reiterates that the internship is proving worthwhile even without this possibility. “The way of life at Google is unbelievable,” he famous. “The human beings within the organization, particularly those in my direct group, are inquisitive, and I’m learning lots from them.”

Adriana Ingar (pictured) relocated from Lima, Peru, to pursue an MBA at Alliance MBS. She previously worked as a manager for Peru’s biggest grocery store chain. “What attracted me the most to Alliance MBS was its ‘learning-via-doing’ technique,” she says.
